At Light offers support to families, to groups and to one-to-one sessions by trained staff, volunteers. It provides a space to meet other experiencing similar things. It offers a free Counselling Service to parents already engaged with Light support as well as supervised counselling placements to 4th year Therapeutic Counselling students who offer free counselling sessions as part of their final year of study. Sessions are 50 minutes long and are held at the Light offices
