Shine Lincolnshire, in partnership with Lincolnshire Partnership Foundation Trust (LPFT), delivers Peer Support across the County. There are 12 Integrated Place Based Teams and their work seeks to promote mental health & wellbeing organisation, interventions for recovery purposes.15 paid Peer support workers across the county who work closely with both health professionals and the community to support people with their mental health journey. All of our peer support workers have their own lived experience with mental health and can use this to walk alongside someone on their journey. At the same, they make sure to connect carers and communities, ensuring that their needs are being met.
