Spes is an abbreviation for the National Association for Suicide Prevention and Survivor Support and means hope in Latin.
We offer support and help to survivors. We train contact persons, have a support line and chat for survivors and offer meetings and self-help groups for survivors. Spes also has youth activities in different parts of the country.
On Facebook we have a closed group where survivors can support each other in a safe environment. Our members receive our magazine Forgetmigegej four times a year.
