We are a first-person mental health association and we have decided to form an association to work on improving the quality of life of each and every person in our group, and to make our society more just and inclusive. Our project is based on three branches of work: Mutual Aid Groups, Social Contact Workshops and Community Awareness. Mutual Aid Groups are small groups of people who have experienced first-hand psychosocial distress, diagnoses of mental disorders, bad experiences with the mental health system, etc. (we do not form GAMs in relation to diagnoses).
