AIPESP is the name of an Italian professional association which has various purposes: to proceed for ministerial recognition of this new profession; to promote the culture of peer support within the Services, the community and the private sector social, the world of jobs and the University; to promote the recognition of the figure of the ESP in the competent institutional bodies, to accredit the role professional profile, training path and job position; to promote training in peer support, directly organizing training activities or recognizing and accrediting training activities organized by others, as long as they comply with the principles and values recognized by AIPESP; and issue Certificates of quality and professional qualification of the services provided by members pursuant to Law 4/2013
