Espairs is organized as a physical reception center and a platform currently deploying 10 peer helpers as external speakers. These interventions are supervised by partnership agreements defined according to needs and allowing to accelerate the dissemination of the concept of recovery and the progression of recovery-oriented practices, to register the people concerned in a recovery process, and to contribute to the paradigm shift in the field of mental health.
Espairs’ missions are:
- Physical and telephone reception
- Individual support for people concerned / relatives
- Raising awareness of peer support and mental health
- Training of mental health professionals
- Representation of peer support in events related to mental health
- Support and administrative services
