AMA is a non-profit volunteer organization , founded in Trento in June 1995 on the initiative of some health and private social workers and people who frequent already active groups, which arose spontaneously or within associations present in the area. The main purpose of the AMA Association is the promotion of health through the activation of self-help groups and other mutual aid initiatives.
