We are there especially for young people between the ages of 12 and 25 who need a listening ear. Questions and concerns can be discussed through a conversation with peers: always free, anonymously if young people want, without a waiting list and as accessible as possible. The young trained volunteers of @ease work directly with professional care providers from local care partners. Young people can currently go to various locations. In addition to the conversations on location, @ease has a chat facility, so that young people can also find a listening ‘ear’ online.
