At How to live with anxiety and depression, you will get concrete tools to work with the challenges you typically face when you have symptoms of anxiety and depression. When you get to know the tools, they help you get more energy, more peace and a better everyday life. Among other things, you will get techniques to control symptoms such as restlessness, fatigue and sadness. You will also get tools to deal with challenges such as isolation and difficult emotions. The tools are your toolbox that you always have with you. The course is also an important free space to share experiences and thoughts with others who feel the same way as you. You meet once a week for 2 1/2 hours, 7 weeks in a row. There are approximately 12-14 participants in each group. The program is offered to the citizens through the municipalities.
