The main goal is to offer a package of free psychosocial support services and social inclusion for young people with mental health difficulties through a series of fun activities suitable for their age and needs to improve the quality of life and their physical, mental and psychosocial health. Some of the activities are: intentional peer support groups, educational training for facilitators of intentional peer support groups, education about improving social skills, 5 psychoeducational workshops about emotions, free psychotherapy from our volunteer therapists, peer led board game nights, marking important dates regarding mental health with public actions (ex. World suicide prevention day), The human library (people volunteer as “human books” to share their personal experiences with readers), Festival for mental break (fun and relaxing activities in nature), etc.
