In our digital mentorship, people who are affected by self-harming behavior and/or eating disorders and their relatives are offered closer contact with a mentor for up to 10 months. Contact takes place via chat and/or email. A mentor is a person with personal experience of self-harming behavior and eating disorders, either as a former sufferer or a close relative. All mentors with their own experience are doing well today and have found ways forward from previous self-destructive behaviour. The mentorship is aimed at those who are affected by self-harming behavior and/or eating disorders as well as those who are close to someone who is affected.
