The Rainbow Hub project’s main objective is to increase the capacity and mobilization of the LGBTI community for advocacy actions by maintaining 8 mutual aid groups in the community center Rainbow Hub, training in advocacy for the participants of the groups and providing support for the implementation of advocacy initiatives of each of the groups. Here they can meet and discuss topics important to them, including awareness of their LGBTI+ identity, disclosure, family relationships, school and workplace issues, mental health, HIV/AIDS prevention and more. The participants in the mutual aid groups will undergo 6-module training, and each of the planned training modules will be related to increasing their skills for organizing advocacy actions.
